Completed application form along with required documents and processing  “non refundable fee“  must be received at department of Medical Education, Medical Staff Affairs between 9:00 am-5:00 pm.

  • Payment should be made online in favor of “Shifa Foundation”.
  • Kindly provide the payment evidence accordingly.
